Click and Drop / Order Cancellation - Please check your orders

Has anyone else noticed this problem?
Our Amazon account is connected to Click and Drop, however - we mark as dispatched manually ourselves (stamps/franking) i.e Click and drop do not report back the tracking to Amazon and mark as dispatched.

When we have a cancellation request. We cancel it in Amazon and refund, THEN we log into our click and drop account and delete it there as well

This has happened about 5 times now.
Surely if the item is cancelled in Amazon, it shouldn’t still be visible in click and drop

Fortunately, we don’t have many cancellations so have spotted this - but if you do it might be worth checking that you haven’t cancelled the order - but have still dispatched to the customer because the order is still showing in click and drop.
The customer gets the refund and the item

Click and drop just collects the delivery information from Amazon.
It doesn’t work the other way around.
So it should still be visible in click and drop.

I’ve been doing cancellations manually anyway.
I didn’t know C&D would collect cancellation information  Even it does it, I guess I would still go back and check on C&D if it actually removed it or not. I can’t say I have full trust on the system.

I think it’s more of a warning for those that don’t know
I thought maybe click and drop collected from Amazon when you logged in, obviously does it continuously in the background

Click & Drop imports any orders from Amazon every 15 - 30 minutes automatically. If the order comes up and it takes you 3 hours to dispatch it and during that time the customer cancels the order will vanish from your Amazon page but will of course still be in Click & Drop as Click & Drop doesn’t know it’s been cancelled. I guess this only becomes a problem if your dispatching orders purely based on click and drop. We have click and drop dispatch our orders, however, when we pack them we work down the Amazon “Live” list so if the order isn’t on the Amazon list we’d know to delete the label. Good info for people who might not be aware.
