Customers Committing Fraud with Amazon's Help
A customer put in an A - Z claim, saying they never received their package. Basically, they bought two pairs of ski goggles in early April, and then presumably went on holiday with them before deciding to make this false claim.
The tracking shows the exact time on the exact day the package was delivered, and it was even signed for by the buyer but Amazon have found in their favour, despite us presenting this solid evidence.
I was wondering whether anyone has successfully overturned one of these ridiculous decisions on appeal?
Customers are committing obvious fraud, probably on a weekly basis, and Amazon are abetting them. This is actually criminal activity and Amazon are breaking the law by helping these fraudsters steal our goods and money. Surely something needs to be done to stop it? Should I contact the police and present our evidence of Amazon’s criminal activities?
look forward to your advice.
