Documentation not asked for

Amazon claim to have asked for documents for items, before they were listed, or in some cases even owned by me.

The date documents were due to be supplied by, was before the date on which they say they were requested.

I have information showing requests for information from before I even had an amazon seller account.

I always check to see if I am able to sell the item before completing a listing.

Help please

Usually amazon ask for invoices for 3 random asins or particular ones if there is an issue or category approval required

These invoices need to be dated within the last 365 days and obviously need to be dated from before you listed that product on amazon - as you shouldn’t be listing stock you don’t have

Do you have these ?
