Easter Holiday Disbursment Delay?
We have a disbursment initiated on every other Friday, more or less like everyon else. This arrives on the following Wednesday (5 days later) like everyone else too.
However, last Friday’s disbursement was initiated on the bank holiday and Monday was also bank holiday, will this mean my disbursement will be delayed until this Friday following 2 days bank holiday delay? Has anyone else received Friday’s payment today?

Easter Holidays and weekend will definitely cause a delay, expect it to be at least 2 working days.

This thread runs along side another one and the fact that the faster payment system for UK disbursements seems to have been dropped, this would have meant same day disbursements which would have prevented the issue you are facing:
'What is disappointing, is that it appeared a new disbursement system was being put in place for the UK, we then suddenly received faster payments but now we are back to 3-5 working days - why??
From Amazon, total silence, absolutely nothing and the moderators who no doubt look at these forums also have nothing to say, or, are able, to offer any of us the latest news, of this, frankly, very important issue.
The benefit of the faster payments system would mean that bank holiday weekends become much less of an issue with regard to getting hold of our money, the past Easter bank holiday weekend (4 days) has just shown what an impact this has on disbursements, with money released last Wednesday not arriving until 7 days later.
If Europe is up to speed, why are we still lagging behind when it looked like this had actually been resolved, it would be nice to receive a communication as to what is actually happening with the UK payments system moving forward.’
