Enroling existing asin's on Pan-EU

Hi,

I’m must be missing something really obvious here.

I’m trying to enrol ASIN’s which I currently sell on amazon.uk onto Pan-EU and can’t find how to do this. I’m already fully enrolled on Pan-EU and am already selling a few ASIN’s on PAN-EU but cannot find out how to add more.

When I go to the Inventory / Pan-European FBA Inventory page, the ASIN I want to add is there but it says it is ineligible and that there are no offers for .de, .es, .fr, .it.

How do I create offers for this ASIN for these marketplaces and then enrol this ASIN on pan-EU so that the same stock is used for all marketplaces?
