Help how do you contact customer services - New seller

struggling to get account verification provided paperwork and been rejected want to speak to someone to see what they actually need as only one lot of paperwork not correct. Also unsure whats going on with my account as haven’t sold anything yet and paying for a monthly charge but don’t know if items are actually being shown and I don’t want to sell in Europe but when I put my account on holiday in other countries it keeps going back to selling in them Help!
