How to get unfair feedback removed?
Just wondering if anyone had managed to get unfair feedback removed recently.
Someone has left feedback, saying
“It’s been more than 10 days and have still not received my package”
I have had no messages from the customer and they haven’t replied to my messages.
the reason the feedback is unfair is i have checked the address they gave and it is incomplete. So there is no way the order could of arrived as they have given an incorrect address.
Now i can understand why the auto bot feedback removal system wouldnt pick this up.
But there is no way this item could have arrived as the address was incomplete, this is not my fault so why should i be punished?
any advice would be great

In your seller central, on top right, you find a solution for almost all your problems. If you write, for example, “feedback removal” in the search bar, you will get this very helpful advice:

Did you not check this before you sent the item?

It’s unlikely you’ll get that removed.
It’s also worth noting that most of the address is redacted from Amazon orders in seller central after a certain amount of time (though it depends where you look) so it is possible your now seeing the redacted address. And as @Retro_Emporium states the address could have been reviewed prior to dispatch.
The best you can do is leave a response that states the address was incorrect.

“As a general rule, Amazon does not remove customer feedback even if it is unwarranted” - see https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G20231, where reasons for feedback removal are also given.

You get one go at this…
Request Review and Click Yes It fits one of the above criteria.
If you,ve already done that and been told it doesn’t…Move on.
You have bigger things to worry aboy

Have you tried contacting the buyer to explain the issue? If you can apologise that they have not received the item but politely lead them to understand you are not at fault and that their feedback is unfair, you may be able to perusade them to remove it.

Welcome to Amazon. We had a few due to the Royal Mail strikes. We have even had feedback for a products that we don’t sell. We sell food, so when a customer gives a 1 star feedback about a battery or light bulb, it’s pretty obvious it’s not us. Amazon won’t remove or at least the cut and paste brigade won’t remove it
