How to refund Pay by Invoice Customer

Hi Sellers,

We have been facing an issue refunding the, ‘Pay by Invoice’ order on out account.

The seller does not get an option to process refund on such orders and when we are dealing with claims from the customer we still have no option.

Looking forward to some suggestions.

We have raised this on multiple occasions with both SS and the MD’s Office. The only answer we have ever received is that the Buyer has to contact SS to process the refund. We followed these instructions and on each occasion SS have filed an A - Z Claim rather than processing a refund. SS do not even know what Pay by Invoice means
