Incorrect customer address, never got order packet back to me (sender)
Hi all,
Can anyone advise on the following: amazon provided me with incorrect customer address, I posted with Signed For with tracking number, in two days RM said WRONG ADDRESS. RETURNED TO SENDER, I have never got the packet back despite return address (mine) was in the back of the packet.
I contacted customer explaining he gave a wrong address and he has kept silence since then. Order price £11.
What is the best way to manage this situation?
I am worrying about VTR.

How long ago as I’ve had returns come back a month later ?
VTR shouldn’t be an issue as its the tracking number that is validated and measured - not the delivery
