"INTERNAL FAILURE" error message
Individual seller here, ive never sold anything because the website is so broken. So i gave up
I CANT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I have tried every method to contact amazon, because going through the normal “close your account” button simply takes me again and again back to the only option in the help menu “your account health” I click on this and these are my only two options
- Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate my account
- Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support
Ive emailed both begging them to close my account. All i recieve is an email saying
“Hello,
This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel.”
all option in the email lead to the same “internal failure” message
I then tried again, this time befgging for a call back. I get the same email.
I try replying to the email in my case log but it goes to “INTERNAL FAILURE” again
I have no way of contacting them, and ive taken videos of how bad the website is broken. This is my only chance to get help or noticed.

You cannot close an account that has not been fully verified or that is suspended unfortunately
