Is anybody else experiencing slow sales summary updates?

Hi there,

My first time using the forums, hello all and hello Amazon. I was just wondering if anybody else has experienced their sales summary not syncing to their actual rate of sale?

I have sold 60 units today so far, sales summary is showing 27. The same happened yesterday. It’s a bit stressful as I don’t know if I am actually receiving funds for sales that I am making…

any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Happy Q4 everyone :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes, this was reported earlier today, I was hoping it would be fixed by now.

It really annoys me that Amazon don’t put some sort of update on the front page when this happens.

It wastes so much of everyone’s time.

I think Amazon enjoy getting hundreds of cases asking about the issue.

+1 - I miss the days when Amazon would update sellers on the main sellercentral page with any technical issues :weary:

Have you guys reported the issue to Amazon? I have reported it and have been told nobody else has the same problem…

You’d think, after two working days of this issue, they’d put a notification on the Seller Central home page. Will take one person one minute to add a notification (opposed to thousands of cases being opened and unecessary stress for people who are new/unaware that this happens at times. )

Yep, same here. I’m counting 40 sales over a 6 hour period, yet my sales summary is showing only 5 sales?

Glad it’s just not me.

Just one of the many unbelievably bizarre happenings that have been occurring on Amazon lately.

Just when you think there is no possible way of them outdoing themselves in the idiocy stakes, they come up with something even more bizarre that you could never in your wildest dreams imagine to be possible.

I had a shipment of 400 units of a top seller get “Checked in” and go into “Receiving” recently, even though UPS haven’t even collected the package from my premises.

Once said units were eventually collected and sent to the FBA warehouse, they’ve miraculously gone missing, leaving me with £2000 worth of stock vanished into thin air, and Seller Support don’t have the foggiest clue what the hell I’m going on about.

It’s beyond the joke and isn’t even funny anymore. They’re one of if not the biggest retail company on the planet, yet they employ robots with little grasp of English and an IQ of 60
