Does anyone have a contact for the complaints department, as I cannot find anything on here.
I have had a case log ongoing with Amazon for weeks and no longer get any response from them.
When I call each person seems clueless.

Hi - we have been following up with Amazon.co.uk since 2 months being differently applied IP rules for European sellers and Indian sellers giving both the ASIN’s but no response or intellectually challenged responses with no intent to do anything.
Currently we are on Reminder No 58.

I have also had a similar problem now for 4 MONTHS!!! and I am losing sleep over it (Because I’m losing money). I have very popular inventory in FBA DBX/DXB warehouse for 4 months yet the listing Title for the ASIN is completely wrong so no one is buying! The customers are confused. But they refuse to allow me to Correct the Titles even with certified proof from Manufacturer, contracted factory and all. For LITERALLY 4 MONTHS now I have been trying to get HELP by many different people.
