Just signed up to SFP to print test label, however won't allow me to reprint
Hi all,
Just signed up to SFP and now needing to print a label off for the test order.
however the label has printed out really small on the label, have been in an edited the label dimensions, gone back into the order and clicked the reprint button and it won’t reprint the label, we can’t cancel the label either.
This is just the label to send to DPD.
anyone had the same issues or any ideas?
regards

Couple things
Have you contacted DPD and signed up To onboarding and followed the label printing instructions to a T, they send you a PDF document.
The lables I printed in pdf rather than ZPL format
And also did you get the correct size labels sent to you by DPD, as standard 6X4 you get from Royal Mail are incorrect dimensions for them
However it’s strange you cannot reprint or cancel label as I can do that on mine. Can you send a screenshot (excluding customers information) on the label options you do have.

Hi all,
the labels are 4*4 supplied by DPD (i actually already use DPD)
i have onboarded with them and they have sent the pdf document.
it said to use your own account to purchase to do a test label, so purchased an item, booked it in as stated, printed it and it only printed on about 25% on the 4*4 label and now won’t let me reprint or cancel.
thank you

Do you have that QZ tray app installed? If so uninstall it.
Amazon prompt you to download it on the buy shipping page ‘Note: One-Click Printing is not installed on your computer. Install QZ Tray to print shipping labels directly to your thermal and laser printers.’
I downloaded it the other day thinking it was required and it just breaks the reprint label button and the refund shipping button.
I uninstalled it and everything started working again.
It’s a buggy mess and I have no idea why Amazon want you to download it when everything prints perfectly without it.
