Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process support
i received an email from “amazon payments” requesting to upload a document for account verification,. the process is required before reaching 15,000 euro, or the equivalent in GBP. however i have been selling on amazon for 5 years, and exceeded the 15,000 euro limited many years ago.
anyone know why i may of received this email?
also anyone which is the document that amazon require, as they have not stated.

Check your performance notifications and identity settings in your account just in case but it is standard every few years
This should be uploaded in your account though - not via an email request

Hi thanks for your reply, nothing in performance notification, and identity setting requests “Statutes (by-laws/articles of association)”. i was thinking of uploading the Current appointments report (CAR) from company house, which i can download on company house web check.
what do you think?
