Manual disbursement

so when I usually make a withdrawal to my Bank account I click on my total Balance and then make a disbursement, But now I click on my total Balance its not giving me access to make a disbursement ?

I’ve not done one for over a week so don’t understand why I am unable to make a withdrawal ?

can someone help ?
