Im have problem with Missing items shipped to FBA, but before i start.
We have shop on ebay, and we open shop on amazon 1.5 months ago for me that was natural that we move to grow on one more sale platform, on 10th last month we start send parcels to FBA, we did not have a label printer so first 4 shipments was sended not labeled ( Amazon label them for extra charge ) and that was a mistake. only one shipment was correct, next one was from the reciving one missing movie, rest on the reciving was ok, nothing was missing and all items was on FC transfer. After 7 days units from last 2 parcels start to disappear : 38 units ( 28 of them are missing ) next one have 10 units missing.
Point is : on ebay we sale diffrent stuff , we selin consoles parts or consoles bundles, on Amazon we start from 0, from single units from wholesales, or retail shops but we dont have stock from producer, not yet.
Now Amazon tellin us that we dont send that items and they NEVER recive them what we can do ?
We send 10 more parcels, we label them personally and there is no problem with them.
Im reed some internet and unfortunately if we selin product of 6-9 units Amazon can lost them and simply to refuse to take responsibility…
Maybe someone has ideas what can we do?
We do not give up, although we have the impression that there are only copy-paste robots in the support
Do you have invoices for everything you’ve sent?
If you’ve no invoices to prove you bought then it’ll be much harder to prove to amazon that you sent them.
Does everything have a barcode on that matches the listing you’ve put them on?
ANYONE HELP ME WITH MISSING FBA STOCK! i dare not send expensive items as they go missing since they started distributing
they seem to get checked in then go walkies a few days later
never the cheap stuff though

WE dont send any not listed and any extra items… in one parcel was different item than should be but that itms back to us, but im understant that is very easy write something like that * it is your fault because you dont know what you are doin. *, shame that we have 3 stages of check-ins and there is no way to do any more a mistake like this one with a wrong item.
Brand new factory sealed item ? sold like used ? never heard about it.

To be fair, when stock gone missing with FBA, i reconcile send an invoice and they refund me the missing items.
Its one if the positive experiences i have with Amazon.
I do get frustrated, that the initial shipment is usually counted 100%, the a couple of units seem to disappear during FC transfer - if they all initially counted in then we should not need to prove we purchased them with an invoice.
