My inventory is "Currently unavailable"
Hi there,
I am wondering if you could advise me: I am having trouble with my FBA inventory displaying on Amazon UK to be delivered outside UK.
When I type in an Irish address or any EU address, my inventory displays as “currently unavailable”. I don’t have trouble with UK addresses. I checked my shipping settings but everything seems fine.
Can somebody guide me on how can I enable availability to sell my inventory to Irish customers. (I had no trouble selling my inventory to Irish customers etc before on Amazon UK)

If its fba have you checked your export settings - not fbm shipping settings
Have you enrolled in efn ?

Don’t quote me on this but I believe Ireland as a whole is now essentially considered EU for the purposes of export so you’ll need alter your export settings as indicated above. I’d just like to echo @The_Little_Shop as well and say be really careful not to accidentally enrol in Pan EU otherwise you are going to be lumped with the biggest multinational VAT headache of your life…

I’ve also been struggling with this whole EFN thing. I think the menu options have changed, I’m sure about a week ago it said ‘You are enrolled in the EFN’ but now it says I am not, and the menu options when I click ‘Edit’ look new to me, and every time I tick the boxes and click Update, it reverts back and nothing changes!
