We will be trialling SFP. We have an account with DPD and want to continue using DPD via Amazon's Buy Shipping. However, this is "greyed" out when we come to purchase a label.. We have connected our Amazon account do DPD and will be using the "Buy Shipping" Shipstation API.

After losing over £1000 to to customers claiming non delivery even though tracking has the parcels in CUSTOMERS HANDS. Amazon still refunding them.

I've been reluctant to use Buy Shipping due to the higher costs compared to the negotiated costs we have with Royal Mail however, in the long run we have lost more in Amazon refunds.

I am in the process of setting up an account with DPD with negotiated prices. However, I have only just found out you can link your negotiated prices from Royal Mail to Amazon Buy Shipping, I had no idea. I assumed you had to pay the prices Amazon charge. This solves my issue with Royal Mail.

However, I've checked Amazon's DPD prices and they are not far off the negotiated prices I have with DPD. I'm looking to move completely over to DPD but I'm considering just cancelling the account process with DPD because I'd prefer to just use Buy Shipping with Amazon's slightly more expensive DPD prices to guarantee they will support me if customers claim non delivery.

My question is, how do I go about using my negotiated prices with DPD. There seems to be an option for Royal Mail but not DPD.

DPD assured us that their services could be integrated into amazon to allow us a prime option on heavier items. Despite reassurance from DPD that the account is set up accordingly we are getting notification from the amazon onboarding team that DPD is not a recognised and accepted delivery option. Despite countless emails I am getting the same seemingly automated response. I am sure I have seen DPD being offered as an amazon shipping option so refuse to accept that it is not available. Does any one have any experience in getting DPD integrated ?
