Order Handling time on some ASIN's coming through as same day dispatch

Has anyone noticed their Seller fullfilled orders coming through as same day dispatch despite having a handling time.

Even had some come through when we have shut up for the day, only to find them the next day as late dispatch orders.

Started happening for us a couple of weeks ago and seems to be getting worse with more ASIN’s affected.

Usual unhelpfull response from Seller Central, pretty sure Amazon isn’t picking just on us
