Quicker Ways to Create an Order List?
We sell between 100 and 200 personalised items and I spend almost 2 hours each day clicking on each order and transferring the 3 key pieces of relevant information (item, personalisation details and customers name) onto a spreadsheet. I can then sort this spreadsheet into a job list, placing the orders into matching groups to make the printing efficient.
I previously downloaded the Order Report and that only gave me the item and customers name but no personalisation details, so that is no use! Does anybody know if there is any other quicker way to gather the orders with the relevant info I need?
I read somewhere a while back that this sort of thing would require a software developer that has some sort of Amazon approval. This is something I am happy to pay for if it is going to save me 2 hours every day if anybody knows who does this type of thing.
Has anybody else had this type of issue and how have you streamlined how to process a large(ish) amount of personalised orders?

If you find one let me know, I too have to click on the order information to pull the customisation details

Sounds like a nightmare.
The only way is by being able to extract the data.
Getting Amazon approval is not a big problem but the data has to be available to extract, which I would have thought would be in the sales reports, have you looked at thereports to see if you can add more fields?
Which fields is is that you require, I would have thought the item & customer name along with address would be be the standard data, it would be the personalisation data that is extra
Not sure if this page is still current - https://docs.developer.amazonservices.com/en_UK/feeds/Feeds_Overview.html

We do not do customized items so I can not verify, but I think that this should do the job:
Orders -> Order Reports -> Add or remove order report columns
That will enable you to switch add the “Customization info” column to the report.
Do not forget to “Save changes” (button at the bottom).
