Report- How do I report a copycat?

Hello.
I am the owner of the company and the only manufacturer of my products worldwide.
We are selling on some platforms.
I just realized that some random manufacturer from China stole my products and sold them to some dropshipper and they are using my listing/ASINs.
They are using my brand name and my listing to sell brandless, fake products. I can’t get any orders because they are selling way cheaper(there can not be any income with that prices on my high-quality products)
I declared my trademarks/brand name multiple times to Amazon but they are saying that I have to declare them again every time.
I want to report that on Amazon but they are sending me to different help desks/different departments.
It’s been a week without anything happened.
Thank you.

Unfortunately trademarks only apply to the countries or jurisdictions in which they are registered. For Example US or EU trademarks are not applicable in the UK anymore than UK ones are in the EU or US.

Are you trademarked and brand registered and is the listing branded?

Welcome to nightmare and get ready more nightmare!

I had exactly the same issue. Ebay has zero interest helping on this regardless of Trademark.
On Amazon, you need to register for Brand Registry but it doesn’t mean that you’ll 100% protected as they still manage to sell branded products and it takes long to get Amazon remove these sellers.

They now copy my items and my model images and sell 3 of them half price of what I sell! Nothing I can do… If you find a solution, please let me know.

Copyright too has the same problem, China has not signed up to the treaty, the only possible action you have is if the importer/drop shipper is in a country where the treaty is signed in which case go for the drop shipper or importer.

Buy a few then leave them the negative feedback they deserve and warn other potential customers.

Then return the products making them pay the postage…

How long have they been on there for ?
Are you sure its not a fraudulent dropshipper taking orders they don’t fulfil ?
Have you ordered a test purchase from them ?

I’ve had similar in the past. As we’re brand registered we reported to Amazon and the listing was taken down. The seller then has a right to relist, on the second complaint the listing was permanently removed. I then received a grovelling email asking for them to be allowed to sell their fake goods. They would have only been allowed to relist with my permission. I did also report the seller to Trading Standards
It was easy enough to see why this was a copy product so I don’t know how much it would work if it wasn’t. They then tried to sell them on Ebay and I managed to stop that too.

I’ve had some adaptations of product and not much I can do about that. They’ve essentially copied the idea and not the design. I’m not too worried about that as the product they have is inferior and more expensive so they always come back to me.

The only real thing you could do that i can think of is amazon runs a 4D barcode Scheme that will be a separate barcode that goes on your product each barcode is different and they basically will protect any non 4d barcoded products entering fba so if someone was to send stock in without the 4d barcode it would just get sent back to them as a fake. you can only use this if you have brand registry and i’m pretty sure its like 1-2p per barcode for under 1000 then 0.5p or something over 1000. how you gain access to this im not sure as they contacted me about the program. but this is basically the safest option to protect your own brand.

If you look at Christmas curtain lights lots of products are the same with brand names fulfilled by Amazon. When you receive the order there is no branding on the packaging whatsoever.
