Return is damaged and parts missing
Hi i had a no longer needed request which i accepted. Upon getting the item back it is dented on 3 corners and has a part missing. Advice please

There are so many permutations its hard to give accurate advise.
Firs thing I thought did customer tell you they had used it before return?
Does it have any remaining value you could deduct loss in value from refund.
I would open a case with SS outlining the issue as you see it just in case.

Follow amazon returns policy the product can no longer be sold as new therefore you are unable to refund.

We recently had a return and inside the box was a pair of used old socks, nothing like the item that was sent.
We messaged the buyer and told Amazon all the issues and told them we had pictures of proof.
The buyer raised an A to Z and won, we appealed and still lost.
It seems Amazon are happy for people to return old socks instead of the item and give them there money back, another scam that Amazon A to Z team seem happy to allow.
