Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcel - Buy Amazon Shipping
Just bought Amazon shipping label directly in amazon - I chose Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcel £3.68 to test how it works.
I noticed the label had a scannable barcode or QR Code - great !!.
I took it to the post office as I didn’t want to mix this one parcel in with my other mail that’s collected daily. Plus I wanted to have a scan at the post office - which they did and I got proof of posting receipt.
So I check back on the amazon order details and the tracking is blank. Fair enough as I didnt buy any trackable service.
So when the parcel is delivered to customer and when (or if) the Royal Mail scan at delivery - will I see anything in Seller Central to show its been delivered? How will I or Amazon know its been delivered?
Also where do I stand with any Non delivery AZ claim

No, you won’t, nothing more is added to the Amazon site once you have purchased the label, but if you check on the RM website it should (!), if scanned.
Any claim for INR you would claim from RM

Don’t forget if you are vat registered its more expensive than a RM business account
