Section 3 Account deactivation

Amazon deactivate account and if want to reactivate account i need to confirm that there is valid credit card on file. What does that mean?
Secondly also need to upload utility bill, gas bill, internet bill and i am uploading the internet invoice but still amazon is not verifying the account.

You need a valid credit card on file
And if you are a UK ltd company, you need to send a utility bill in your residential address

My business address on Amazon is same as on CH and Residential Address on CH is same as on Seller Central

I can see my company name but Trade number is not mentioned there
