Read onlyHelp needed. I am on holiday at present. I had to update my cookies on my netbook. Since then I have had this message on my seller account and cannot access it.
One of your seller account is terminated. So please use new credentials for registration.
What on earth does this mean. I have had only one seller account for the past 15 years. Never had a problem before.
Back Thursday and need it sorted so that I can take my listings off holiday and start to sell again.
I have managed to do this query through seller forum as I cannot access my account.

I’d wait until you are home and looking at it properly on your usual PC with any relevant documents to hand just in case when you it the reactivate button you need to upload docs before thursday
Are you sure this is a genuine email from Amazon ?
Poor grammar, and they don’t usually say account ‘terminated’ - it is usually suspended or deactivated.
I would check the email address as this does not seem genuine. Also you would receive a performance notification via email if your account was deactivated or suspended.
I have now returned back to the uk, but the message is still there when i log onto my account.
I have been able to reactivate my listings, but cannot do this the normal way, as everytime I go onto my account, then the next screen says other accounts, sell on Amazon, I click on this sell on Amazon, then a screen appears which says sign up, which is what I press,.
the next page then states as before one of your seller account is terminated so please use new credentials for registration.
I have contacted seller support who inform me that there is no issue with my account it is fully active, I have sent them a screen shot but they do not understand what the problem is.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, it is really frustrating.

I’ve got exactly this too… not on my usual computer, that is fine, but when I go to my friends house who helps me with the listings, we go to log in on her computer which we have done many times in the past…it sends the 6 number code to my phone (so it recognises it’s my account)- but we are unable to enter the code and get this exact same message instead. ’ One of your seller account is terminated. So please use new credentials for registration’ .My account is all UK, all verified, no issues…
