Sending auto messages to customers
Hi
Can anyone advise me on how I would set up a automated message to customers. I.e thank them for the order + a note in regards to Royal Mail strikes.

Like Osgood said, read up on the rules, there is ALOT, you can not say.
I use programs like Feedback Five or Helium10 for my email automation, as they give you kind of set templates and parameters on what is allowed and not allowed.
those programs don’t do what you asked for they are mainly for if you want reviews, or if someone has returned an item you can send them a message with a discount coupon… etc.

I have 300 plus items that would need the dispatch and delivery times updating, nobody has the time for that in December. Thats why I asked the question. I sell on other platforms and a thank you message with the order is fully acceptable
