Sent the wrong item to customer
Hi
Sold 2 books the same day buy i dispatched the to the wrong addresses, one of the customers have contacted my which apologized and said i would send the correct book once i get in contact with the other customer.
Been trying to contact the other customer but haven’t been able as the system doesn’t give me the option to contact her, was wondering if someone here can point me to the right direction on how to del with this problem.

I think you should ask for both books to be returned to you so you can correct the mistake and re-send books to the correct customers (and not reveal their addresses to each other)
The one who doesn’t respond to messages may not have even opened their parcel and may not realise there is a problem - if you still have their address from your records/Amazon’s order/ Proof of Posting, I would suggest you send them a postcard explaining the situation and asking for their help and understanding. Otherwise you have to wait for their complaint!

Were these the only copies that you had of each book?
If not then in the meantime you should send the correct book to each buyer, but if these were the only copies that you had is it possible to source a different copy from another seller and send those to prevent the customers having to wait?
I assume that as this is your error customer satisfaction is paramount?
Deal with the return of the incorrectly addressed books as a seperate issue to getting the customers the right ones.
