Help! My acount has been deactivated. How can i reactivate it

Hi Amazon Seller Community,

On the 5th of October, I received a performance notification that my account has been deactivated because they are unable to verify information relating to my Seller Central account. Not long after, I recieved another performance notification stating that my account has been deactivated due to fraudulent reasons. This came as a surprise because I have never sold on Amazon, I only recently made an order from my supplier for the first shipment of goods and my account was deactivated around the same time my goods arrived.

In the last weeks, I have written several appeal letters and submitted all necessary documents (Passport, ID card, phone bills, house registration, bank statements) to Amazon to prove I didn't make any fraudulent transaction nevertheless, my account remains deactivated. It has become a source of frustration as the performance notification did not outline a particular reason for my account deactivation hence I am unable to fight this properly.

The performance notification message has been attached to this message. Kindly suggest a way for me to address this and get my account running again.
