Buyers asking for an immediate refund always make me think the worst but many buyers receive emails when the Royal Mail scan as delivered and then worry if they haven’t had it. I had an email last week informing me of a delivery despite me being in. There was no card but I checked around and the postie had put the parcel in my black bin!
Have you asked buyer were they in at the scanned delivery time, checked with neighbours and safe places etc? If they’re genuine a buyer can be reassured that you’re not doing what some sellers do and simply say it’s been delivered and that’s the end of it.

I think if the customer was genuinely concerned about where the parcel was, he wouldn’t steam straight in with a refund request.
It’s amazing how many customers no longer need the item once non-delivery is mentioned.
