The changes I would make is as follows
- Business and sole traders must display their trading address.
- Business sellers should be allowed to cancel an order without affecting the seller metrics.
- Seller should be able to contact the customer blocking messages from sellers should not be allowed.
- Sellers should be able to block a buyer who keeps sending unnecessary messages.
- Sellers who instigate fake reviews should be removed off the website.
- Amazon fake reviews should be removed once reported many are blatantly fake.
- Feedback system should simple not a five star review then select not as described and not delivered on time.
- Customer should contact the seller in the first instance and not raise a A-Z claim.
- Customers should not be allowed to change their identity for example calling themselves Donald Duck or TomDickHarry.
- The product reviews should be constructive and not to attack the seller.
This is just some of the things I would like to see changes.
