Trouble Adding a Product

Since last week I’m trying to make a new FBA shipment , however when I add a product (scanning the bar code), I got this message:

  • You have not submitted any SKUs. Please return to your inventory list and select some SKUs before submitting.

I never ever seen this message before and never had this issue before. Called AMZ many times and they don’t have any idea what to do or how to resolve. Only sent automatic messages with non sense answers…

I still not able to send FBA shipments at the moment but I’m able to add as Merchant. Something wrong…

Anyone to help me and guide how to sort this problem.

Ps: Tried in different computers, browser and even mobile.

If you wait about 15 mins does it appear in your inventory then you can send anyway?

There is something not right with this at the moment.

I have been using the Add Another Condition button on a couple of SKU’s I had as merchant fulfilled. Every time I have done this it gives me the error message you get. It never used to do this.

It does add it to FBA still but you don’t get the option to use the Amazon barcode.

If you add it as a merchant fulfilled offer first and then convert it to FBA it works okay and gives you the option to use an Amazon Barcode.
