Unable to add more books to my listings

Ive been selling books on Amazon for years. I closed my listings for a few weeks there but open again and have sold 22 books in last 7 days. But Im unable to list? Any suggestions please.
This is the message I`m getting.

Refurbished condition: You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time.

You need to choose a condition. IE New, Like New, Very Good or acceptable. You can’t list as Refurbished.
