Unable to verify account information - Im stuck on this, What next please for help

Hi Guys

I wanted to open an account on amazon.com. I already have open in the EU. I used the same registration documents but something went wrong.

What should I do now?

How to direct an explanation of a mistake or error.

I would appreciate helping more experienced colleagues

I’ve discovered that almost always PDF files are not accepted and jpegs are the only format that seem to pass

You should create a case under the contact seller support option.

Explain the situation and print the pdf files then photograph them.

This was advice given to me and it worked
