Using Tracked 24 for Two-Day Premium Delivery
Hi everyone,
Quick question regarding Two-Day Premium Delivery postal methods,
Up to now, I’ve been using Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders selected for Two-Day Premium Delivery, which has been working absolutely fine within the required metrics.
However, I’m thinking of moving to Royal Mail Tracked 24, this is to help my business meet the required number of orders to maintain my Tracked 24/48 prices with Royal Mail.
Is anyone using Tracked 24 on a regular basis for Two-Day Premium Delivery and staying within the required metrics? I don’t get many customers upgrade the delivery, so I’m only looking at about 150 throughout the year that are sent.

We used to use it no problem for our 2 day
Only issue we sometimes had was far north Scotland and NI, for those we stuck with SD

I use it generally with no problem but did lose my premium shipping over Christmas using it because they weren’t arriving even in 2 days.
