Verification Deactivated Professional Account

Hi All,

I have recently set-up an account, about a month ago. A week ago or so I tried to set-up/verify my account by uploading my passport picture - this picture is one that I use for everything. It was rejected and I was given the below message:

“We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.”

I note that I had not confirmed my deposit account - this is something I have done post receiving the above email. I submitted an appeal with the passport picture and stating I am more than happy to provide any further details.

Can anyone advise me as I am seriously panicking having stock coming in the next few days that I need to launch.

They must have given you more information, when rejecting your passport?
The most common reason, is that evidence you provide, does not match what you have on Amazon EXACTLY!
Double check everything, re-upload after any changes needed and all should be fine.
Not sure about passport, but when I used my driving license, they required a copy of both sides. So have you actually given them what they wanted?
