Read onlyHello,I had an individual selling plan that was all set up and working, I could add products. I decided to upgrade to a professional plan and my account was instantly deactivated. I was asked to complete the ID verification again, and to upload a utility bill which I have done. My account has remained deactivated and everytime I try to get hold of seller support I get sent the same generic email regarding ID verification with the same links, when I click on the links it takes me to a page that says my ID has been verified. Does anyone know how I can get this issue resolved? Thank you
