Verification failed

I have registered an account on early October, but I have received a notification informed that Amazon cannot verify my information I have provided and my account is currently suspended.
I have asked what else I need to provide through “Get support”, but unfortunately I still do not know the reason of the verification failed.
So is there any help to make my account online? I hope I can list my products before December. It really make me fell frustrated.
There is the part of the notification I have received.

We were unable to verify the information you
provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and,
as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened.
Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell
on Amazon.

Could anyone help?

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated after registration. This is something very common in cases when some of the information or documents which you submitted to Amazon raised concerns.

Since you already received the final denial response, it indicates that you failed the review and your account will remain closed unless you manage to find out what exactly was wrong with your submissions and resend it to Amazon again.

The previous communication which you had with Amazon prior to this notice should indicate you which documents were not accepted.
