We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account

**Hello guys, **

I need some help I applied to Seller Verification for the EU & UK Marketplaces and got this response.

_For your security, we have suspended your Amazon seller account. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. _
_ _
_Why is this happening? _
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. If you currently sell on Amazon, we need additional documentation to verify your payment methods and your identity.
_ _
_How do I reactivate my account? _
To sell on Amazon, we need to verify your identity, business information, or both. You can confirm that you would like to begin the verification process in the following way:
– Click the “Appeal” button next to this e-mail on the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/customer-experience/perf-notifications.html)
_ _
What happens if my account is not reactivated?
You have 90 days after receiving this notification to either provide a valid appeal or choose not to appeal. After that time, you may contact disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk to request your funds. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. The policies we put in place are to protect our customers and selling partners. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
_ _
We’re here to help
_You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk. _
_ _
You can view your account performance at (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap) or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health dashboard shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon.

And the reply was as follows,

_Hello _

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. We may not respond to further emails about this issue.

Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. This decision was made after reviewing both your account and the information provided. For more information, review the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement:

I was wondering if some of you have this problem and could help me solve it.

Thanks in advance

I suspect you have sent too many documents. Amazon will only want to know about the company that wants the seller account, not the parent company as well. And the documents for the seller company must have all details matching exactly. For example, if one says XXXX Ltd and another says XXXX Company, that will cause a rejection

When they talk about “enough” information, they mean enough of the right information

Thanks for the input, really appreciate.

The thing is I use all of the docs to get the US verification.

I will try just sending few, but in the UK website indicates documents (drivers license) that US doesn’t require. For the info on docs the name matches everywhere

However, I still don’t get the response that says not enough information.

So a little update I send an email to the seller-verfication-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, politely asking what information is required and linked their website with the information required for a UK company (although mine is from the Netherlands).

And they replied as follows:

Hello,
_ _
_We are currently reviewing the information that you have provided. We will contact you as soon as we have completed this review or if we need any further information. _
_ _
We cannot give you an exact deadline, but our team is working hard to complete verification as soon as possible.
_ _
Sincerely,
_ _
The Amazon Payments Team

So maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel, for me it seems they have problems with the Dutch companies and system (I admit the system is weird but easier because the goverment controls every single registration and you cannot even change your bank address at the bank, has to be done in the chamber of commerce).

If someone finds this helpful here is a similar post for a Dutch company.

I will keep this updated on the result of this inquiry.

I have the exact same issue. I was accepted on the U.S. market but on Amazon Europe, we were deactivated. I don’t know what to submit as it was not mentioned and now I’m trying to email them and I don’t know what to do. Can you please tell me how many days did (seller-verfication-enquiry@amazon.co.uk) take to respond to your email?
