What method of registration should one go for: Private Label or Business? (If the business model is scalable and may grow big as LEVI’S, BEATS etc.)

First you need to register as a business with hmrc - sole trader, partnership or ltd company
Then you need to make sure your amazon account has the same details
Register your trademark to get brand registry, buy barcodes through GS1
Check if the category is gated or not and apply to sell in it if necessary
Make sure your invoices are acceptable for when amazon ask to check them
Then list your items
