Hi all,
We got below message ,does anyone know how to deal with this case ?thanks.

Hello,

This message is to inform you that we have blocked your Amazon.co.uk seller account. Your open listings have been cancelled and you are no longer able to sell on our site.

We have taken this action because a review of your account has found that it has been compromised three times in the last year. In order to protect our buyers we are closing any seller account which is repeatedly compromised.

In order for your account to be reinstated, please provide us with an action plan which confirms what steps you will be taking to protect the security of your account and to prevent further compromises. You can submit your action plan via the Contact Us form per the paragraph at the end of this email.

If you still have items to dispatch, please take appropriate steps to resolve your pending sales. Your seller account will remain accessible and you are encouraged to refund or dispatch pending orders.

Any funds that were in your account at the time of closure are on temporary hold pending the resolution of your sales. Funds are held for 90 days and will be released minus any unresolved chargebacks or A-to-z claims filed against your account.

Was your account compromised three times already ? Was it hacked ?
Are you using a secure computer to access the web ?

Looks like you may need to give Amazon an action plan of sorts .

First thing.

Do not trust the email on it’s own. Do not click on links in the email as it may be phishing.

Sign directly onto Seller Central and the message, if true, should be shown there. Only action via Seller Central.

If your account has been compromised 3 times already you should be aware of what Amazon are saying. Is this true? Has your account been compromised? Surely that will tell you if it’s true or not.

That line sounds iffy to me.
Pending sales? You can’t dispatch those and nor do they need refunding, they would need cancelling if they converted and were not going to be dispatched.

Check this out in Seller central as advised and do not click on any links to respond until you have verified it.
