Hello to everyone. I want to ask here is somebody have the same problem like mine? So I register my account before 1 week. When I register it try to list one item from “Pet Care Category”. After that I see that must upload more documents to prove my identity. I do it and after that see that my account is DEACTIVATED without any reason. Also open Cases for it, but without any answers. So wait 1 week and Amazon didn’t respond to my Appeals … When I try to open a new case receive that message "Dear Seller,

Thank you for submitting your appeal. This email address no longer accepts incoming messages and emails sent to this alias will not be reviewed by Amazon.

Please submit your appeal by following the instructions on the Account Health page in Seller Central"

So are somebody have similar problem like mine ?! Thanks

Hi it is standered to get account closed whilst verification takes place, you mention appeal above so has some documents been rejected.

So I click on Reactivate Your Account after that Vie Appeal and now can’t see the Botton “Submit”. Also when I click on HELP and want to check the cases, see that don’t have any opened cases. Just click on Case Log. After that click on View in some of my 3 cases. Then came this moment which you ask me. I try 2 or 3 times to upload my Passport like an update in case, but nothing. They just mark as Answered and that’s all. When I enter in the case don’t have any reposed by Amazon … very very strange…

Just a friendly word of advice. I understand that you are new and going through a verification process, however please be very careful on what links you are following in your e-mail as there are a heck of a lot of phishing e-mails doing the rounds right now purporting to be from Amazon but they are not and you will get your details stolen and quite possibly may never get your account up and running with Amazon. I do personally report all of the phishing mails I get and even though I advise Amazon that I have NOT actioned any links they still send the standard mail back telling me not to lol :slight_smile: If possible always check for messages via your account first and if you have any doubts as to any of the e-mails you receive please contact SS first to make sure they are genuine. Thank you guys for help. So will not close this account and open a new one, but I really don’t know what must to do for resolve that strange issue. What more must be sent it… ID and Passport already Submitted in " Reactivate your account Next steps" Here is Original Deactivation Notification:

Hello again guys, are somebody can write me the RIGHT documents which must be used for verification? When I click on Identity Information see that error “Your account has failed our verification process. Please see your email for additional information.” and nobody from Amazon explain me which documents must sent… I already attach my Identity Card, Passport, Bank Statement with the right address and my National Insurance Number … Any help please ?

@DogsLovers - yours is relatively straight forward they just want you to verify the basics, charge method (in settings charge method) and documents I have mentioned the above docs and formats etc.

@Garden_All you do right to not put all your eggs in one basket, as for invoices it’s usually straight forward if its a UK supplier as long as its a registered wholesaler that they can verify, if its overseas normally OK unless its from China then you will likely have issues as a new seller unfortunately.

I think there have something wrong… yesterday I upload my HMRC letter document which I made with my iPhone… also upload a bill from one website which also prove my address identity and see what they sent me: "Dear DogLovers/DogsLovers,

During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. I think that here have something wrong… they never told me what I must to to to reactivate my account and what type of documents must upload …
