Holiday listings won't change to active

Hi,

I am a new seller and have added 6 products which all say 'active' on inventory page. The products won't show up on the main selling page and it's been 4 weeks without knowing why.

The holiday settings page has been set to 'inactive' and as i go to change it to active, and save, it will go straight back to inactive. I have asked seller support but they just say everything is fine. Please can someone help this novice?
