How do you change your postage cost settings?

If you do not have a professional account (eg. You do not pay the £30 per month) then you can’t change the postage cost.
Only professional account holders can do that

that brings me to a migrate template with different areas on, I have typed 0.00 in but it isn’t hanging on the listing, I have just signed up for a pro account so it should do it somehow
