Read onlyOne of my products has recently had its dimensions changed by one of the Amazon teams and this has resulted in it being moved into a higher size tier with higher fees.
After requesting a product remeasurement the dimensions have been updated again but with incorrect values.
I raised a case with Seller Support for photos of the product with sizes and they kindly provided these and they show the measurements are incorrect. However, they will not update them.
Has anyone had any experience and successful resolution for these types of issues?
I have seen numerous similar threads in the forums that appear to have been resolved by one of the Amazon Mods intervening. Is this the only way to have these types of disputes resolved?
I would prefer not to waste a mods time with this but I cannot see any other way forward.

Hi @Seller_NCkW5CALvYDWn,
Thanks for reaching out.
I've passed on the case ID to our partner team, and they've confirmed that the product measurements are correct and were checked with the provided pictures.
Just so you know, Amazon use sensors to measure items accurately. They catch every detail, including any loose bits like plastic bags, from one end to the other.
If you want to keep your packaging dimensions consistent, try methods to minimize any squishing or bulging.

Thank you for your support with this Ezra.
The measurements and FBA fees have now been corrected.
I have had to send another two messages to support about the re-imbursement of the fees and this case is still ongoing.
This is the part that really grinds my gears.
The measurements are not accurate with respect to what they are intended to do, ie to determine how much space the items take up in the warehouse and in shipping.
Loose bits of packaging do NOT add to the space required.
The only reason for you to make this policy is that unless you include these extras, you won't be able to measure items quickly at a low cost.
So we are paying for the inadequacy of your equipment.
