Read onlyHI Ill start by saying I have been selling on Amazon for a good 4-5 years now.
The problem is I had two A/Z claims in the last 30 days with people claiming they have not received there parcel. Yet I have GPS data and photo evidence of there front door with the product there. Amazon still have Given them a refund, and if they did have the product which are all over £100 they get to keep that too.
These people have also left negative feedback and in one case lied saying I told them to f off and called them a liar . which is untrue . After being on the phone to Amazon for nearly 2hrs they said they would review this and send me an email for the evidence I have on proof of delivery. This has not happened.
we are still at risk of account deactivation.
The amount of money I have made Amazon over the years and they treat you like this is a joke .
Amazon sort this out you are ruining peoples lifes and business
we always ship our parcels on time and try our best to please every customer.

Unfortunately, the most efficient way to prove the delivery of the item is to present a customer signature confirming the delivery.
Do you have such a signature ?
