Listing problem
HI ALL! I am trying to list the product which is already listed under the different brand. I want to list under the brand where i bought it from but Amazon is not letting me list as the barcode is same. The product is same but the packaging is different. Can you help me how can i list under the brand i want to list. Amazon has already approved me to list under that brand.

What is the ASIN? It sounds like someone has listed using a brand they have made up, which might be difficult to get changed, but we’ll be able to advise more with the ASIN

Best thing to do is add the item to your catalogue but with zero stock so that the other seller doesn’t see you selling it and can’t give you a violation for selling under their brand name.
Take photos of the product showing the EAN and branding and send these through to SS telling them the product is incorrectly branded as XXXX and should be branded as XXXX.
Often they will change the brand when presented with this evidence. Occasionally they won’t and tell you the listing is controlled by the brand owner.
