Cannot send to Amazon due to packing template issue
Has anyone had this issue, and if so how did you resolve it?
This SKU has been sent to Amazon on previous occasions, with the same packing details template.
However, the “Send to Amazon” process is calculating the box dimensions as being 38,627 cubic cm.
It is actually 10,850 cubic cm, 3.5 times smaller.
It is the same template as our other SKUs.
I have deleted the template and re-created it. That does not fix the issue.
I have carefully checked the dimensions of the individual case packed product - no issues there.
According to the official online help, I can ignore the warning and continue.
That does not work.
So we can’t currently send this SKU to Amazon.

Check your dimensions on the product itself.
Basically what Amazon have, is a package size, that is 10cm bigger than what you are saying it is.

That is definitely the issue.
Amazon has entered those dimensions at their end.
I have updated the dimensions 5 hours ago, but the change is not taking place.
So I’m still stuck - cannot send that SKU
