Anyone had any luck with RM large letter tracking
Amazon haven’t recognized the QR/Tracking codes for large letters since it started. This has been going on at least 18 months. Amazon are sending e-mails saying items not delivered or customer are checking order status’ and seeing delayed/missing.
Normally I just reply to messages showing delivery status etc and customers tend to not be heard from again but with the increase in Christmas orders it’s at the point A-Z claims are coming in and being automatically granted too.
I’ve tried contacting seller support but they went on about having to contact RM etc. but I could see the suggestions they were talking about were for SFP.
Anyone had any luck sorting it out while using click and drop?

Hi,
I have emailed the MD email address regarding this issue 4 times over the past 2 weeks with specific examples including some pretty angry customers and finally heard back today saying that my emails have been read and they are investigating.
Finger’s x’d that something gets done because it is a serious problem at the moment. We are getting a lot of messages stating not delivered etc but when looking at the RM tracking they were delivered on-time.
May be worth emailing including examples of the problem as well - the more people voice their concerns they may take it more seriously?!

We had two separate “item not received” messages yesterday. Both large letters sent by RM, both orders placed on the same day and both have delivery confirmations. This suggests to me that both customers had received an email from Amazon yesterday saying their item hasn’t arrived. Both have not responded when I provided them with delivery information.
This is absolutely ridiculous and it’s just one of the many problems we get on Amazon and nowhere else. It’s getting even more frustrating as we’re currently stretched to the limit with Xmas demand and we can do without all these Mickey Mouse problems. Once things quieten down, I too will look to flag this up with Amazon.
