Scor down with defect
HI guys i have no idea what to do . Buyer have left me a negative feedback by mistake in messages he admitted that he already change the feedback and it was mistake even that i send the guide how to do it buyer did not change the feedback and he admitting he already changed . I know he do not know how to change the feedback .How i can ask amazon to remove that feedback please i need your support what arguments use to remove that feedback ?

Regardless, you can request it’s removal as long as it falls within one of the policies for removal.
Quite simply, if it doesn’t, they won’t remove it. Regardless of what they buyer has said.
Was it this one? “I purchased the bulbs from the information given in the description ie , more light than the standard ones , but once fitted and used for the 1st time they were nowhere near as good as described , after contacting supplier i was told that they were afterall halogen bulbs. . i would not recommend them.”
If so, you haven’t got a cats chance in hell of getting it removed.
