A-Z Claim help required
Hi we received an A-Z Claim for non delivery of an Order. We contacted the customer and offered to re-send, they agreed and they retracked the A-Z Claim. It appeared on the dashboard as CLOSED everyones happy. Except this am A-Z Claim found in favour of customer and they have been refunded. I have contacted the customer and they have done nothing except give us a 5 star review. Who do I contact

Lesson learned never ever send replacements, I know it’s good customer service but Amazon don’t recognise.
A-Z are 95% will go the way of the buyer for ND.
So customer gets refund and the new product.
